We are governed by an independent board of directors comprised of godly business people. The board gives oversight to the mission and business affairs of the ministry providing spiritual leadership and setting major strategies, budgets, and executive compensation (Micah 6:8).
We aim to minister in capital cities and other influential population centers around the world, with the goal of letting entire regions hear the voice of God (Romans 15:18-24).
We hold citywide mass evangelistic festivals aimed at reaching as many people as possible with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
(Acts 19:10).
We work closely with local churches to follow up with each person who registers a commitment to Jesus Christ during our festivals. (Matthew 28:19).
We work with the whole Body of Christ--with the Church, through the Church, and for the Church (Colossians 1:24-29).
We hold united festivals because we believe the Body of Christ should have an impact as "one Body" (1 Corinthians 12:12-26).
Our objective in mass evangelism is to help existing churches grow numerically and spiritually and in turn establish new local congregations (Acts 2:37-47).
We believe evangelism is a team effort of that should be carried out all of the time, everywhere – especially in areas where people are ready to respond to the Good News (John 4:35-38).
Using numerous teaching materials, videos, and seminars, we train thousands of local Christians to participate in friendship evangelism, counseling, and discipleship of new believers (Ephesians 4:11-16).
To extend the impact of the Good News, so that none can claim they never heard it, we use mass communications methods including regional evangelistic outreaches, radio, television, print, and the Internet (Romans 10:17-18).
We emphasize Christian family living. Most people around the world dream of having a happy home. We preach that Jesus Christ revolutionizes entire families when He is made the center of the home (Acts 16:29-34).
We engage in social action and community service, ministering to families and entire communities, recognizing that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is itself the greatest agent for positive social change (Acts 4:33-35).
We believe our greatest task is to call men and women, youth and children to trust in Jesus Christ as Savior and publicly confess Him as Lord (Romans 10:9-10).
We use unconventional methods for reaching today’s youth, that they might be won to Jesus Christ and serve as an example among their peers (1 Timothy 4:12).
We aim for ministry to top national leaders because of their influence on the population at large (Acts 9:15 and 26:19-20).
We teach the significance and centrality of the indwelling resurrected life of Christ: "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me" (Galatians 2:20).
We teach and practice expository preaching, continually affirming the power and authority of Scripture (2 Timothy 3:14-17).
We conduct pastors’ conferences and produce Bible commentaries, magazines, and video training series to minister to those who shepherd the Church (1 Peter 5:1-11).
We work as a team, following the example of the Lord Jesus and the apostle Paul, who were accompanied by a team of men as they ministered from city to city (Acts 20:4).
We seek to multiply our efforts in partnership with churches and other Christian ministries so as to be wise stewards of our human and financial resources (1 Corinthians 3:5-11).
We work with other evangelists through our Next Generation Alliance—a partnership to encourage and equip a new generation of evangelists (2 Timothy 2:2).
In dependence upon God, we look for the provision of our needs through the prayerful financial support of local churches and Christian friends (Philippians 4:10-17).
As charter members of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, we maintain high standards of financial accountability for the funds entrusted to us for world evangelism (2 Corinthians 8:20-21).
