It is the Luis Palau Association’s desire to not only be successful in spreading the Good News today, but to raise up evangelists of the future to continue the work long after we are gone. The Palau Association works to make this a focus in all we do, and through the ministry of NGA, we are seeing this desire come to fruition. There are many benefits in becoming an NGA evangelist, but three main areas stand out as the core of what an NGA applicant can expect:
Collaborative Events
With the great success God has given the Palau Association, we seek to multiply our efforts and expand our reach even more to give NGA evangelists the tools they need to impact the world for Jesus Christ. These willing, gifted and passionate evangelists need connections, resources and hands-on experience. NGA offers a bridge to just such opportunities. By working together, we can be much more effective in reaching the world for Christ and multiplying the impact of the Gospel.
NGA works to connect organizations, foster unity among evangelists, and open new doors for ministry. We plan and coordinate collaborative events throughout the world – gathering NGA evangelists from numerous ministries and sending them all to the same region at the same time where each participant holds a series of evangelistic outreach events and local church leadership training.
Mentoring and Coaching
One of the most important goals of Next Generation Alliance is the mentoring and coaching of younger evangelists and ministries, helping to multiply the impact of the Gospel and continue the work of evangelism for years to come. This unique, ongoing approach to mentorship shares the resources and knowledge that the Palau Association has attained through more than 40 years of effective worldwide evangelism. • Personal assistance from top-level Palau Association staff
• In-depth specialized training from experienced festival and development directors
• Regular communication for leadership development and accountability
• Access to Palau Association materials, resources, and programs for their own ministry use
Training and Encouraging

The Nations Foundation would not have survived this past season if it were not for the help of Dave Jones and the Luis Palau staff. Dave has helped us set up a proper Board of Directors as well as set up the proper checks and balances to prevent mistakes most small ministries make. I credit Next Generation Alliance (NGA) and the Palaus for many things. In the early days of our ministry they provided teaching, insight, and opportunities that helped our ministry develop. Many of the international events we do today are the result of the network we’ve been able to develop and the things we’ve learned through our association with NGA. One unique aspect of NGA and the Palau Association is their willingness to take time to help equip evangelists. One example of this is found in the ministry of David Jones and the valuable insights he has and shares regarding the role of a Board of Directors. Dave has taken his time to not only talk and meet with me, but also with some of our board members. I am very new to NGA and have already been greatly encouraged by the association. In addition to the frequent contact by many NGA staff who show a genuine interest in my life, family, and new ministry, I have also been kept informed of other NGA members ongoing activities via email alerts. This has given me a great sense of being part of God’s larger work of evangelism in the world today.
Also, I have been assisted with concrete resources such as... exposure to other believers who have taken an interest in and pray for or support my work. I have used some of the online training resources offered and have learned from attending to how your larger organization carries out its mission.
The mere mention of my association with NGA creates instant rapport with many who already know of your other work--it lends credibility to my efforts in the eyes of new contacts and earns a willing audience. This has already served to extend the reach of my ministry.
Since I am a newcomer to the world of Christian ministry in general, it has been helpful for me to see so much variety of methods at work to share the Gospel. It helps me to explore these options for effective ministry in a way that expands my own possibilities while still focusing on results and mission.
These kinds of benefits are synergistic and have helped to provide motivation, to focus direction, and to develop the activities of my own ministry as we follow God’s leading in this new venture. Luis, Dave Jones, and many other members of LPA have been a priceless resource to us as we have launched and built our growing evangelistic ministry. NGA has always been available and incredibly helpful in teaching us to navigate the often stormy waters of launching an evangelistic ministry, developing a board of advisors, raising funds, conducting large city-wide evangelistic festivals, insuring excellent follow-up with those who pray to receive Christ, etc. The vast experience of the Palau organization has been multiplied through us and many other evangelistic organizations to reach countless people around the world for Christ, such as the 120,000 young men and women whom we at New Fire for Christ are discipling regularly in our School of Discipleship in Africa. Basically, if it wasn’t for you and John (NGA Europe) I wouldn’t be evangelising in Eastern Europe like this - it just wouldn’t have happened. So LPA (Chesham) has been the vehicle. I’m the President of the Death2Life Revolution, and we have been partnered with the NGA since 2009. It’s difficult to put into words what Dave Jones and the NGA truly means to our ministry, and more importantly my wife and me.
First, the NGA has been a huge blessing....the resources, wisdom and networking has been priceless to our ministry. My wife and I have learned so much that we can just look to the Lord and say very simply, "Thank You!"
