We have all been horrified by the disturbing TV images of workers clearing debris and dead bodies from the streets. Tens of thousands of Haitian people have lost their homes. The emotional, physical, and spiritual needs are monumental.

The Haitian people need our prayers, support, and encouragement. Above all they need the Good News of Jesus Christ. It is during such monumental catastrophes that we have the unique opportunity to show the love of Jesus Christ in both word and deed.”
