Kevin Palau
president & CEO

As President and CEO of Palau, Kevin has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s mission and expanding its global reach.
He began directing the day-to-day operations in the late 1990s, leading efforts that have united tens of thousands of churches in hundreds of cities to love and serve their communities while clearly sharing the Good News of Jesus through large-scale evangelistic festivals and ongoing City Gospel Movement initiatives.
With a deep passion for holistic Gospel transformation and strategic partnerships, Kevin has pioneered new approaches to global evangelism. Under his leadership, Palau has developed a worldwide network of thousands of partner evangelists and launched the City Gospel Movements initiative, which equips churches to serve their cities and proclaim the Good News in sustainable ways.
As an advisor on some of the largest digital Gospel campaigns in history, Kevin plays a key role in shaping innovative strategies that are redefining evangelism in the digital age. He also helps lead TogetherPDX, a united and sustainable movement of churches working together to impact Portland, Oregon.
His book, Unlikely: Setting Aside Our Differences to Live Out the Gospel, chronicles the ongoing impact of these efforts and serves as an inspiration for churches seeking to love their communities through prayer, service, and evangelism.
Kevin lives in Beaverton, Oregon, with his wife, Michelle. They have three grown children and one grandchild. He also serves on the boards of Alpha USA, Christians Against Poverty, and Transforming the Bay with Christ.
